Technical data strictly necessary for website operation and security may be processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests.
Required fields are needed to respond to your enquiry. Authorised staff and technical, email and hosting providers may process data to the extent needed for their services. We do not sell data. Enquiries that do not lead to bookings are retained for the time needed to reply and handle any disputes. Confirmed-stay data are retained for the periods required by civil, tax and public-security rules.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where provided by the GDPR, using the controller’s contact details. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Reception and check-in are from 14:00 to 23:00; please tell us your arrival time, unless other arrangements have been agreed. Check-out is by 11:00.
The rooms are on the first floor, reached by stairs. There is no lift.
Your room includes complimentary drinks to prepare and packaged snacks. Breakfast is not served in a dining room.
Unguarded parking opposite the property. A paid, guarded car park open 24 hours a day is 50 metres away.
